Sabar Tokyo class
Traditional drum in Senegal is called “Sabar” and it is said it was originally from Serere Tribe. The dance with Sabar drum is very attractive and beautiful and dancers are communicating with drummers by unique and exquisite timing.
セネガルの古くから伝わる伝統的な太鼓をサバールと呼びます。セーレール族から伝わったとも言われています。サバール ドラムに合わせて踊るダンスは独特で絶妙なドラマーとのコミュニケーションをとり観るものを魅了する迫力ある美しいダンスです。
Sorouba dance
The drum, which has been conveyed by Sose Tribe and Diola Tribe in Senegal, in Gambia, in Guinea-Bissau, Mandinka Tribe and Fula Tr Tribe in Guinea, is called “Sorouba”. Three kinds of drums; Sabaro and Kutilo and Kutirinden, are played together to make some rythme. There is the dance to it. Diola Tribe play four drums called Bucalab and it also means the name of rythme and dance to it.
セネガルの（ソーセ族、ジョラ族）、ガンビア、ギニアビサウ、ギニアの（マンディンカ族、フラ族）に伝わる太鼓をソウルウバと呼びます。サバロー、クティロー、クティリンディンの3つの太鼓の演奏でリズムが奏でられます。このリズムに合わせたステップ、ダンスがあります。またセネガルのジョラ族には４つの太鼓のリズムで奏でられるブガラブと呼ばれるリズムとダンスもあります。現地で手拍子と歌を歌いながら踊るスタイルでリズミカルで誰でも楽しめるソウルウバダンス初めての方でもわりと踊りやすいジャンルです。

月に一度のこのダンスクラスはサバールダンスを踊るために必要なステップ、細かい体の使い方、リズムの取り方、などをゆっくり学ぶことができるクラスです。日曜のクラスとは違い振りはシンプルで基礎的な動きをやります

セネガル共和国出身 伝統、伝承音楽家の家系に生まれ彼のサバールドラムの才能は秀でたものがあり幼いころから国内外でプロとして活躍、2014年に活動拠点を日本に移しsabar drumの魅力を紹介、広める活動をしています
サバールの基礎、難しいフレーズは根気よく何度も繰り返し教えてくれます！彼のテクニックとセンスで毎回クラスは楽しくその中でま深い学びもあります。初心者でも参加できるクラスです。
